Linings for Property Management

Linings are necessary in tanks and pits to protect metal and concrete from chemical attack. Our confined-space crews are trained in the application of a diverse array of linings for industry. Cooling tower basins require maintenance just as any other part of a building. TMI Coatings has years of experience lining cooling tower basins to reduce corrosion. The seamless coating is applied to all accessible areas of the basin to extend the life of the pan and allow the owner to avoid the expense of total replacement of the basin.
