Flooring for Property Management

Flooring coatings are commonly applied to mechanical room floors to protect against chemical splash and spill. Flooring is applied in boiler rooms to seal porous concrete preventing leakage to floors below. TMI Coatings has considerable experience installing non-skid floor coating.

TMI Coatings installs a wide variety of systems ranging from thin-film flooring for dust control of concrete up to 1/4" thick floor toppings for heavy industrial use.

Some of the benefits you receive include protection of concrete substrate, waterproofing, crack sealing and slip resistance for safety in wet environments. Most floor coatings we apply have no odor during installation.

Cargill SafeLane™

TMI Coatings is an authorized installer of Cargill SafeLane™ a surface overlay designed to increase safety and infrastructure protection. This two coat polymer epoxy significantly reduces ice and frost formation on surfaces while protecting infrastructure from corrosion and chloride intrusion. Cargill SafeLane™ creates an anti-skid surface to prevent slips and falls. SafeLane™ overlay helps prevent slippery conditions by storing and releasing anti-icing liquids.

SafeLane™ commonly used in high traffic areas such as pedestrian entry ways, helix, parking entrances and exits.

Parking Decks

TMI has considerable experience in shallow depth and full depth concrete repair, rebar replacement, concrete restoration and coating of parking decks and ramps. Epoxy and urethane traffic deck coatings are applied for waterproofing concrete decks; epoxies are installed on slabs on grade. Non-slip finishes are applied in pedestrian walkways for safety.
