TMI CHEM-RESIST Epoxy Flooring

TMI CHEM-RESIST is a colored, two-component, low odor, 100% solids epoxy formulation designed especially for flooring applications subjected to heavy traffic, chemicals, areas requiring a safe, non-skid surface, etc. This coating is extremely durable, sanitary and easy to clean.

100% solids means minimal solvents are used during mixing and therefore no unpleasant odors are emitted during application. TMI 100% solids CHEM-RESIST epoxy flooring will protect your concrete floor from everyday wear-and-tear. The glossy, seamless finish is easy to clean and sanitize. Antimicrobial additives can be incorporated, making the flooring FDA and USDA approved for use in food environments.

TMI can also incorporate special aggregate fillers into the epoxy for slip resistance in wet environments. TMI CHEM-RESIST is available in clear and a variety of colors.

"Cold Cure" formula available for cold area application when temperature cannot be maintained over 50° F, and when a more rapid cure is required at normal temperatures.
"Water Clear" formula available for non-ambering, non-yellowing topcoat.
"Damp Primer" formula available for use as a prime coat when a surface cannot be dried thoroughly prior to coating.
