TMI FIBERLIFE Coating
In some facilities (such as food manufacturing plants), peeling paint cannot be tolerated. TMI FIBERLIFE (low odor) coating for ceilings and walls provide a seamless surface that is tough, durable, and easily cleaned.

TMI FIBERLIFE is FSIS approved and meets USDA requirements for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. Because FIBERLIFE is reinforced, it is suitable for industrial use.

Surfaces are cleaned and abraded to prepare them for proper adhesion. FIBERLIFE can be spray-applied or hand-laid-up. Resin is then applied and fiberglass mat embedded into the wet resin. Additional resin is applied as necessary to complete the wetting out of all glass fibers. Seams of the fiberglass are overlapped to ensure the entire area is fully coated with mat; the overlap is visible. Also, if the substrate is concrete block, the outline of the block (along grout lines) will be apparent. A final seal coat of resin is then applied for a smooth, sanitary finish. The finished surface is easily cleaned and can withstand constant washing. With FIBERLIFE, there’s no need to worry about peeling or flaking paint. There is virtually NO ODOR during installation, making the application ideal for food plant environments.

Elastomeric Waterproof Coating with Fiber Reinforcement

TMI Elastomeric Waterproof Coating is a liquid applied, elastomer coating with fiber reinforcement. It is suitable for interior and exterior surfaces. It is durable enough to withstand years of rigorous wash downs without flaking and peeling. The elastomeric and resilient qualities of the product make it highly chip and crack resistant. It adheres tenaciously to properly cleaned and prepared surfaces.
