Ceiling Painting for Electronics

TMI Coatings was contracted by a manufacturing facility in the upper Midwest that produces closed circuit piston controls, electronic switch modules and industrial valve electronics. The company contracted with TMI to coat the ceiling due to their lean initiative. The ceiling was very oily and dirty due to the machining process. TMI hand cleaned/solvent wiped and dry ice blast (CO2) to promote adhesion of the new coating material. After thorough cleaning, two full coats quality paint coating was applied by TMI experienced painters. The ceiling was lightened and brightened for improved manufacturing.
