Product Information
TMI QUICK-CURE Acrylic Flooring

When a floor area is only available for 24 hours or a plant has only Sunday available for repairs, acrylic flooring is an option to consider.

Acrylics are used when minimal down-time is available, since cure time is shorter than other resins.  Complete cure occurs in one hour even at temperatures below freezing without affecting the physical properties of the final product.

Acrylic resins are commonly referred to as MMA's (methyl methacrylate).  MMA's are uniquely different than all other resins.  The hardening process (polymerization) of reactive resins is brought about through the addition of the powder hardener (benzoyl peroxide) as a second component.
