TMI Chemical Resistant Epoxy Sealer/Dustproofer
TMI Coatings' Chemical Resistant Epoxy Sealer/Dustproofer is our most economical floor coating. It is a solvent based epoxy. The prime coat reinforces the flooring surface with its deep penetration. The top coat gives added strength and resists abrasion, oil, gasoline, acids and solvents. This coating bonds to the concrete and will not peel up.
NOTE: Penetrating sealer/dustproofer may not provide a uniform appearance. Sealer/dustproofer has a tendency to soak into more porous areas than other areas.

Uses
This coating is an industrial epoxy sealer designed especially for new or used concrete floors.
Coating produces a high gloss/sheen for easy maintenance. It is recommended for use in warehouses, parking ramps, bottling plants, machine shops -- anywhere strength and protection are needed.
Additional Info
There is an odor during installation which dissipates once cured.
