A proposal will be submitted listing the scope of work required to complete your project including a step-by-step explanation of what is to be done, proposed materials, cost to perform the work, timeframe in which the work will be done, and a warranty.
At TMI Coatings, customer satisfaction is a top priority, not just for our sales staff, but for our job leaders and applicators as well. Job leaders are responsible for projects from start to finish, overseeing all prep work, installation, and clean up on each and every job we do. Job leaders put their signatures on the jobs when completed -- their personal guarantee that quality work has been performed. Our job leaders are rewarded for your positive feedback. At the end of every job, TMI Coatings sends a Service Evaluation Comment Card. If you feel you received a quality job from start to finish, the job leader in charge of your project is given a bonus.
